The world's best-known clinical osteopath. Founder of the primary lesion methodology and the NeuroSPINE method. Studied in Switzerland (University of Lugano). Runs the largest private clinic in Lebanon — with waiting lists of up to 7 months. For 28 years he passed on his diagnostics only in person — to a handful of students in his own clinic. With NeuroSPINE he opens it up for the first time to trained practitioners: structured, in a small group, exactly as he applies it himself. Why only now? A single practitioner cannot reach more patients than he already does — what he can do is train practitioners who diagnose the way he does. NeuroSPINE is the format he has waited 28 years for.
Florian Schöning
Developer and trainer of the NeuroNJect technique. Physiotherapist (B.A., M.Sc. Sports Physiotherapy, German Sport University Cologne) and Heilpraktiker with around 20 years of professional experience, additionally trained in osteopathy, chiropractic and acupuncture — backed by 120+ continuing education courses in Germany and abroad. Co-founder of NeuroSPINE. Focus areas: manual medicine, functional neurology, neural therapy and neuromodulation. Physiotherapist to the German Basketball Federation since 2018, and regularly shares his knowledge through internal and external training courses. Complements Dr. Rayess's diagnostics with the perineural injection layer.

What is a primary lesion?+
The primary lesion is the original dysfunction from which a pain pattern arises — often far away from where the pain is felt. When only the site of pain is treated, the problem tends to return. The Rayess-Schoening Technique is a diagnostic system for identifying this primary lesion before treating — and that is exactly what you learn in the seminar.
Who is this seminar for?+
For licensed physicians, Heilpraktiker (German non-medical practitioners) and experienced therapists with a background in manual therapy who want to raise their diagnostic precision to a new level. The treatment is simple — the diagnosis is the art. That is exactly what we teach.
Who is it NOT suitable for?+
For beginners without clinical experience and for anyone looking for yet another weekend course for the certificate shelf. The Rayess-Schoening Technique demands daily application — if you won't integrate it into your practice, leave the seat to someone who will.
What prior qualifications do I need for the NeuroNJect part?+
Perineural infiltration (day 3) requires the legal authority to perform injections — in Germany, physicians and Heilpraktiker. Participants without injection authority complete day 3 as diagnostics and assistance training.
Which certificate will I receive?+
After the 3 days you receive the level 1 certificate: Entered Apprentice (EA). The NeuroSPINE system has four levels — EA, Fellow Craft (FC), Master Manipulator (MM) and Grand Master Manipulator (GMM). The higher levels require documented clinical results and re-certification.
How does payment work?+
Full payment (€ 3,000 plus VAT) or reservation with a € 500 deposit — the balance is due 4 weeks before the seminar starts. Card, SEPA direct debit and Klarna instalments are available at checkout.
What happens if I have to cancel?+
Up to 6 weeks before the seminar: free rebooking to the next date or a refund minus a € 150 processing fee. After that: rebooking to the following date or naming a substitute participant. Details in the terms and conditions.
In which language is the seminar held?+
German and English. Dr. Rayess teaches in English with German translation; Florian Schöning teaches in German.
