Right of Withdrawal
This English version is a courtesy translation. The German version is legally binding.
The following right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). If you book the seminar as a business in the course of your commercial or self-employed professional activity (e.g. for your practice), no statutory right of withdrawal exists — the cancellation and rebooking provisions of the Terms & Conditions apply.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Florian Schöning, Nordstraße 8, 37603 Holzminden, Germany, email: heilpraxis@gesundheitsloesungen-schoening.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). Sending the statement before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
If you requested that the service (e.g. the preparation video course) begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content (on-demand videos)
For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. our on-demand videos), the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB once we have begun performance of the contract after you (1) expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and (2) confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent via the corresponding checkbox at the time of purchase; we confirm it to you on a durable medium in the purchase email.
