Terms & Conditions

This English version is a courtesy translation. The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope & organizer

These terms apply to bookings of the NeuroSPINE Practitioner Seminar. Organizer: Florian Schöning, Nordstraße 8, 37603 Holzminden, Germany (hereinafter “the Organizer”). The offer is directed at physicians, Heilpraktiker and therapists.

2. Registration & conclusion of contract

Registration takes place via the registration form of the respective seminar date with subsequent payment of the full seminar fee. Acceptance of the confidentiality agreement (NDA) is part of the booking. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the booking confirmation by email. The Organizer reserves the right to decline applications without stating reasons; in this case any payments already made will be refunded in full.

3. Prices & payment

The price shown for the respective seminar date applies (regular € 3,000; € 1,100 for verified repeat attendees). No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (German small-business exemption). The full seminar fee is due upon booking; there is no deposit option. Payments are processed via Stripe (card, SEPA direct debit, Klarna).

4. Cancellation & rebooking

Cancellation is possible at any time in text form (email suffices); receipt of the declaration is decisive. The following cancellation fees apply, based on the seminar fee: free of charge up to 8 weeks before the seminar; 30 % from 8 to 4 weeks; 50 % from 4 to 2 weeks; thereafter and for no-shows 80 %. A qualified substitute participant may be nominated free of charge at any time. If the place can be filled otherwise, the cancellation fee is reduced to a € 150 processing fee. The participant remains free to prove that no damage, or significantly lower damage, was incurred. As an alternative to cancellation, a one-time rebooking to the next date is possible (free of charge up to 4 weeks before the seminar). The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers remains unaffected (see Right of Withdrawal).

5. Cancellation by the organizer

If the seminar is cancelled (e.g. illness of an instructor, insufficient participants), all payments made will be refunded in full or, on request, transferred to a substitute date. No further claims (e.g. travel costs) exist; we recommend booking travel only after final date confirmation.

6. Participation requirements & liability

Practical application of the techniques taught — in particular perineural injection — requires the participant's respective professional authorization. Responsibility for application to the participant's own patients lies with the participant. The Organizer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body and health; otherwise only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

7. Certification

Upon full participation, the “Entered Apprentice (EA)” certificate is awarded. Certification is valid for 2 years; renewal and higher levels require the re-certification criteria applicable at the time.

8. Photo & video recordings

Photo and video recordings may be made during the seminar for documentation and training purposes. Recognizable participants are only published with separate consent.

9. Patient day

For registrations as a patient for a seminar's patient day, the following applies in addition: the fee is the amount shown for the respective date (currently € 350) and is a private service not reimbursed by health insurers. There is no entitlement to treatment; medical informed consent takes place exclusively on site in a personal consultation with the treating physician. If no treatment takes place after the consultation — whether at the patient's request or for medical reasons — the fee is refunded in full. Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 weeks before the date; thereafter 50 % applies, and 80 % for no-shows without cancellation. The patient remains free to prove that no damage, or significantly lower damage, was incurred. Patients book as consumers; the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected (see Right of Withdrawal).

10. Final provisions

German law applies. If the participant is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state of their habitual residence remain unaffected by this choice of law (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation). Place of jurisdiction — where legally permissible — is the Organizer's registered office. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
