Level 1 · Entry into the NeuroSPINE Method
This 3-day intensive seminar teaches the fundamentals of primary lesion diagnostics according to Dr. Adel Rayess, together with the NeuroNJect base technique developed by Florian Schöning. No prior experience in manual therapy required — the seminar is open to all licensed or certified practitioners.

How do I know this is more than yet another technique?+
You do not have to take our word for it. You verify it on day one with your own hands: the examination sequence produces findings that you check yourself at the table and repeat on other participants — under the direct supervision of Dr. Rayess and Florian Schöning. What you take home is not a single manoeuvre but a fixed order of examination.
Can I really learn this in three days?+
You are probably worried about standing at the treatment table on your own afterwards. That is why the training does not end on Sunday: for 90 days you send findings and questions from your first own cases to the instructors via WhatsApp and usually get an assessment back within 48 hours — for as many cases as you need. Case discussions then continue in the practitioner network. During the three days themselves you work in a group of no more than 20 participants, up to 70 % of the time at the table.
Why € 3,000?+
You are not buying three seminar days but a standardised examination sequence for your practice: the order of examination distilled from 28 years of clinical work by Dr. Rayess, practised in a group of no more than 20 participants — plus 90 days of support for your first own cases and access to the practitioner network. The meaningful comparison is therefore not the next weekend course, but the time a single chronic case costs you today, appointment after appointment. In figures: at a treatment fee of € 200, the seminar price equals 15 treatments.
Who is this seminar for?+
For licensed physicians, Heilpraktiker (German non-medical practitioners) and experienced therapists with a background in manual therapy who want to find the cause of a pain pattern before they treat it. Clinical experience in manual examination is assumed — the examination sequence taught over the three days builds on it.
Who is it NOT suitable for?+
For beginners without clinical experience and for anyone looking for yet another weekend course for the certificate shelf. The Rayess-Schöning Technique is built for daily use: book a seat if you intend to run the examination sequence in your own practice from the Monday after the seminar.
Why only 20 seats?+
Because palpation cannot be learned in a lecture hall. Every participant works every day under the direct supervision of Dr. Rayess or Florian Schöning. With more than 20 participants the density of corrections drops — and with it exactly what you are paying for.
What is a primary lesion?+
The primary lesion is the original dysfunction from which a pain pattern arises — often far away from where the pain is felt. When only the site of pain is treated, the problem tends to return. The Rayess-Schöning Technique is a diagnostic system for identifying this primary lesion before treating — and that is exactly what you learn in the seminar.
What prior qualifications do I need for the NeuroNJect part?+
Perineural infiltration (day 3) requires the legal authority to perform injections — in Germany, physicians and Heilpraktiker. Participants without injection authority complete day 3 as diagnostics and assistance training.
Which certificate will I receive?+
After the 3 days you receive the level 1 certificate: Entered Apprentice (EA). The NeuroSPINE system has four levels — EA, Fellow Craft (FC), Master Manipulator (MM) and Grand Master Manipulator (GMM). The higher levels require documented clinical results and re-certification.
How does payment work?+
The seminar fee is due in full on booking; there is no deposit option. Payment is made via the secure Stripe checkout — by card, SEPA direct debit, Klarna or another payment method offered there. Confirmation is sent by email as soon as the payment is confirmed — immediately for card payments.
What happens if I have to cancel?+
You may cancel at any time in text form (email suffices). Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 weeks before the seminar; from 8 to 4 weeks 30 %, from 4 to 2 weeks 50 %, thereafter and for no-shows 80 % of the seminar fee applies. You may nominate a qualified substitute participant free of charge at any time; if your place can be filled otherwise, only a € 150 processing fee remains. As an alternative you may rebook once to the next date — free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start. The terms and conditions are authoritative.
In which language is the seminar held?+
German and English. Dr. Rayess teaches in English with German translation; Florian Schöning teaches in German.
