Advanced diagnosis & treatment — from the cranium to the feet
November 6 – 8, 2026
Europahaus WienVienna · Österreich
Advanced seminar for NeuroSPINE Level 1 graduates: advanced diagnosis and treatment methodology for the lumbar spine, upper and lower limbs, TMJ and coccyx. Strictly limited number of participants for maximum individual supervision.
Level 2: you follow the primary lesion beyond the spine — into the limbs, TMJ and coccyx
Each module starts with what you will assess and treat in your practice afterwards — then the content.
01Module 1 · Imaging
Reading cervical and lumbar MRI
Afterwards in your practice
You read cervical and lumbar MRI images biomechanically and derive a manual treatment strategy from them.
Content
Advanced diagnosis on real MRI cases: biomechanical interpretation, clinical use and the path from image to technique.
Focus
Cervical and lumbar MRI findings
Biomechanical interpretation
From image to treatment strategy
02Module 2 · Lumbar spine
Lumbar disc — advanced manipulation
Afterwards in your practice
You differentiate L3, L4 and L5 presentations and choose the right technique for mechanical or radicular symptoms.
Content
Deeper assessment, differentiation of L3/L4/L5 and specific NeuroSPINE techniques for disc herniation.
Indications
Disc herniation
Mechanical symptoms
Radicular symptoms
03Module 3 · Upper limb
Shoulder, elbow, hand
Afterwards in your practice
You assess shoulder, elbow and hand complaints biomechanically and separate out cervicogenic components.
Content
Biomechanical diagnosis and treatment of the upper limb.
Indications
Frozen shoulder
Tennis elbow
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Cervicogenic acroparesthesia
04Module 4 · Lower limb
Hip, knee, ankle
Afterwards in your practice
You follow complaints from the hip to the ankle and assess them as a whole instead of joint by joint.
Content
Biomechanical diagnosis and treatment of the lower limb.
Indications
Sciatica
Hip capsulitis, arthritis, tendinopathy
Piriformis syndrome
Knee: arthritis, meniscus, chondromalacia
Achilles tendinopathy
Ankle
05Module 5 · TMJ
TMJ — advanced module
Afterwards in your practice
You assess the TMJ biomechanically in detail and apply external and intra-oral techniques.
Content
Detailed biomechanical assessment, external and intra-oral techniques.
Clinical approach to
Vertigo
Headache
Migraine
Parkinson’s disease
Dystonia
MS
Fibromyalgia
06Module 6 · Coccyx
Coccyx — advanced practical module
Afterwards in your practice
You assess the coccyx biomechanically and know external and intra-anal techniques from the live model demonstration.
Content
Biomechanical diagnosis, external and intra-anal techniques (live model demonstration).
Topics
Coccygodynia
Coccygeal dysfunction
Posture and balance
Six modules, the same starting point: you read the image, begin at the primary lesion and follow it to where the complaint sits. The group is deliberately small so every technique is practised under correction.
The Instructors
Two therapists. One method.
Dr. Adel Rayess
Osteopath D.O. · Lebanon
Osteopath D.O., founder of the primary lesion methodology and co-founder of NeuroSPINE. Studied in Switzerland (University of Lugano). Runs his own clinic in Lebanon — patients there wait up to 7 months for a first appointment. Over 28 years he has documented more than 1 million manipulations and passed on his diagnostics only in person — to a handful of students in his own clinic. With NeuroSPINE he opens it up for the first time to trained practitioners: structured, in a small group, exactly as he applies it himself. Why only now? A single practitioner cannot reach more patients than he already does — what he can do is train practitioners who diagnose the way he does. NeuroSPINE is the format he has waited 28 years for.
